What made you choose your user name?

My friend & I both had chestnuts, so mine became 'the little ginger one' to differentiate. I've since moved yards and my stable block has 4 chestnuts (out of 5 stables), so I do use his stable name a bit more now, although LG/Ginger has stuck.

When I was much younger and thinner people used to say I looked like Billie Piper so I started using it as my username for all sorts of things. It's just easier to use it for everything as I only have to remember one username for everything.

After gaining four stone - I look nothing like her :(

Cos benson at the time was my beloved loan horse, and he was 21 when I joined. Now he is gone I have thought about changing my name on here, but dont really have the heart!:o

Polar - a play on the fact that GD is Polish and that he's grey (one of his nicknames is PolarBear).

Skye - I was born in Scotland (not Skye though).

Plus, I thought polar skies were probably grey when full of snow clouds.

Thus PolarSkye.

P

Edited to add: PolarSkye is the name I chose for Kal to compete under . . . but unless he comes sound, that'll be academic :(

Because i get up early on the morning to bring them breakfast in bed. I comb their hair. I dress them in their finery. I keep their room clean and make their beds. I work hard all day to keep them happy and comfortable whilst they spend the day socializing with friends without a thought to what i do behind the scenes. As far as they are concerned - that's exactly what i am!

For a year my classroom was relegated to a mobile (which we called 'the hut') - so I became 'Mrs Hutt' (also kindly called 'Jabba' by some :p)

I have little imagination and use this user name for most things.

Elle, a shortened version of my name & school-hood nickname. I apparently also look like Reese (i wish!) & have a healthy love of pink & fluffy & am much cleverer than I look so there is a 'legally blonde' link too :D

SkyWalker - I am a Jedi.

Was originally ilovequeenbee .. In the switch over it became Montyforever because it's what I use for everything even though it's been 4 years since he was PTS it's stuck.

Monty was a pony at the riding school I was at, his owner let me go up and groom him everyday after he retired as he was on full livery and needed a bit of extra attention really :) he was nearly 40, but out with 2 young colts and still competing in the odd fancy dress (as a wizard of course!) and condition and turnout and really didnt act his age ;)

I have to be honest here: your name always makes me think of an abbreviation of something like a tendon injury, as in: 'He's done his JFTD again'...

*goes to sit in the corner* :o

I think the exact same!!!
Mine's just because I really like the song & my actual name was taken ;)
