Turnout year round, save facilities, friendly people.

At the moment it would be anywhere without wire fencing in paddocks, (horse now on box rest with wire injury 
) big fields for turnout all year. And not too many other people . Maybe a school.

trustworthy staff/owners (as I work away a lot so cannot see my horse everyday)

Staff on a similar wave length to me. Easy going about most things, but very conscientious about horse happiness and safety.

1. Year round turnout in small, stable herds. 24/7 all year, or March - December at a push.
2. Sane YO/YM.
3. Liveries that get too big for their boots and try to run the yard are kept in check and/or booted off quickly.
4. Good hacking.
5. School.
6. Price.
Unfortunately there's no such thing as a yard like that round here so horse is kept in a friends field for free to keep his retired horse company. No other liveries, no YO/YM to worry about, 24/7 turnout all year. Downsides are that the hacking is pants at the moment and there's no school so I've not ridden for a few weeks.

Like almost everyone else all year turnout preferably on well drained fields and arena would be nice but is unnecessary if the fields are flat and well drained everything else is negotiable turnout never would be at a real push I would be ok with 12 hours in 12 hours out but it would be a huge compromise for me

Safety (mainly for the equines, but also the humans!) and turnout - overnight in summer, daytime in winter (min 8 hours). Wouldn't contemplate a yard that kept in through winter.
As I do dressage I need a school, but having said that I've just moved to a friend's yard and we are currently hiring one down the lane until hers is put in.
