you can buy it in all sorts of forms from shower gel to body oil. It's a product from Avon. Have a look on their website, it works wonders! I washed in it all last summer and never got biten at all

I use Sudocrem like everyone else it seems! Also use baby wipes for pretty much everything, brilliant things.

If a cut is more serious then I'll put on CutHeal which is fantastic at healing up some really nasty wounds with very minimal (if any) scarring.

when i first bought my horse he was full of mites and i tried and tried to get rid of the stubborn little things but i could not kill all of them so i washed him ear to hoof in polytar shampoo and i havent seen any since
