I think I know but could do with some confirmation! Are they what I think they are? Not my land and not my ponies, btw. (They are Falabellas in case you're wondering).
What plants are these?

It's not his land.
And FTR, IMO ragwort should ALWAYS be pulled and burnt and not sprayed.
ETA - I can't see the photos properly so no idea what it is.

It looks like ragwort, if you look at the top right hand side of the top photo you can see some still in flower! Was this taken a couple of months ago?
