If it is not a very small box, also an operator's licence. That would require premises to work from to be approved, which would also need permission and insurance.

A lot depends on whether you operate a vehicle over 3.5 tonnes. If you do then there are road transport things you need to comply with including, very importantly, drivers hours. The latter can be quite restrictive due to the need for a periodic 45 hour break from all work of any sort - not just driving.
