Just after some thoughts as to what people think the following set up in the New Forest would rent for per month:

3.5 ish acres of well maintained grazing - 1 section does get wet in winter if alot of consistent rain, remains usable though
4 standard size wooden stables (in good condition)
No electricity but lights set up that run from car batteries
Running water to yard area and all fields
10 minute hack on quiet roads to a decent sand school
15 minute hack to bridleways and then options to get to open New Forest within a further 15 ish minutes
Poo picking to be done no less than weekly. No charge to have dung heap removed as plenty of gardeners that take it regularly
Fencing (post and rail and post and electric) etc will be maintained by myself but charge to owners if horses have damaged rather than it being standard wear and tear
Rolling and harrowing will also be organised by me

Just contemplating whether it is worth renting it or whether I leave it empty while I decide what to do with my life!

In my area its around 100pcm per horse, so youd be looking at 400ish for 4 horses/stables . Unsure of pricing where you are , may be much more

Thank you both for your input.
I wasn't expecting it to be that much but if I could get that it would certainly be worthwhile renting it out.

I’m in the New Forest and that set up is like hens teeth.

I think £600 a month you may struggle with though and would think about £500 would be more realistic and limit it to 2/3 otherwise the land may get trashed. I would suggest 3 stables max for horses and then 1 for storage.

A yard similar to your set up was recently advertised at £600 with its own arena and short hack on a quiet lane to the Forest.
