Just being nosey really.

My friend said that she finds it hard to buy show jackets for her 3 year old that don't cost £160!

What product or service do you think is missing from the equestrian world?

Personally I would like to see a quality advertising site for horses that have video footage of the horse and complete details on the horses history.

foal rugs that are bigger than 4ft6!! my last foal had to have a 5ft pony rug and it looked like she had nicked if off someone!! it was soooo big on her!! body length fine just the depth!!.......cant understand why they stop at 4ft6!!!

Mini rugs in decent makes! My shetland is hell to get one for! I find that a lot of the proper makes dont cater for the smaller equines. I love the Weatherbeeta's and Amigo's I use on my bigger horses so wish I could get them in ickle sizes too. Especially the Amigo lightweight turnout which would be ideal just now for her. Ive got one turnout (a crappy brand.....!) but its a HW so no good unless in depths of winter! I know there's specialist firms who do rugs JUST for shetlands but they seem very pricey (for a small amount of material!!) and Ive never heard of them!

(In case you're wondering why the hell I need a rug for a shetland - its just because she's 17/18yrs old now and is clipped in May because she doesnt loose her coat very quickly so she can get chilly through the summer in crazy weather like what we have now!). She has mild athritis in her hips and vet advised to try and keep her warm at all times!

dinkyrugs do those sort of thing and the quality of one fleece I bought is very good and it wasn't that expensive - esp. when the alternative quote was 94 quid for a Thermatex

topically - a Harry Potter wand that when pointed at a horses mane would create perfect plaits in about 3 seconds instead of spending ages standing on a box
