What quirks does your dog have?

Our cocker presents people arriving at the house with a random shoe from the rack.

We had a guy fitting lino in the bathroom a few weeks ago and she sneaked upstairs and gave him a sock out of the washing basket

He shouts at us to try to persuade us to go to bed because he loves his bedtime biscuit. He hates high pitched squeeky toys and obviously thinks they are in pain. Normal squeekys are ok. He waits to go outside to his favourite waterbowl even though he has 3 bowls inside. Hates rain and thankfully also avoids mud and puddles. Dislikes slippy floors. Doesn’t trust any new foods until you physically pop a little bit in his mouth to get him to taste it. Then it is possibly regarded as edible Quirks? Nope just being “him”

Both our terriers find that carrots, parsnips, apples and even pieces of cucumber are irresistible - unless of course there is the smell of a juicy rat hanging in the air

We used to have a funny old girl rhat we asopted when she was 12. She was terrified if anyone got the hiccups in her company and would bolt out the room and find something to hide under.

She also seemingly disliked it if anyone passed wind and would shoot the offender a glare before getting up and leaving the room. Ironic really, as she would regularly clear a room if she performed said offence herself.

If I offer Poppy a bit of fruit or veg, or have the nerve to put it in her food, she absolutely will not touch it. If I leave the exact same bit on the worktop where she can steal it, it becomes the tastiest and most precious of treats!
