What rugs do you own for your horse?

I'm not a fan of necked rugs after my Arab managed to get barbed wire under it and shred his neck and I see too many of them over horse's heads. Plus they can't groom each other with them on.

I do like Bucas rugs. Very expensive, but the only rug (indoor and outdoor and cooler) you'd need.
 
The rugs that I NEED are

I use the liner systems btw

1 no fill turnout with detachable neck
1 heavy weight turnout with neck 300g

1 100g liner
1 200g liner

1 fleece.


Have lots more but that's my min. :D

For my welsh a -

1 l/w amigo turnout

1 summer sheet
1 l/w cuddly ponies stable rug with neck
1 h/w stable rug with neck

I think thats it .. For 2 native ponies theyve got quite a collection :o

I own a lightweight turnout with no filling and a medium weight (200g?) turnout. Also a fleece and a heavy-ish weight stable rug (not sure on exact weight as it's a hand-me-down!) - so not many!

My horse is a cob whose clip has grown back so he is pretty fluffy, currently out in day in lightweight and in at night in either the lightweight or fleece. He will be fully clipped throughout winter and when the weather gets freezing, he will have both turnouts on in day, and just the heavier stable rug at night :)
 
Blimey some of you have plenty of rugs for every eventualitly lol! My horse is a 16.1hh irish sports horse (more chunky than fine tho!) I'm off to look on online....
