What sends yours into "Horsey Heaven"? (not literally!)

What do you do to your horse that they really enjoy? My chap has a spot on his back that he ADORES being scratched! He goes all soppy and relaxed and sticks his tongue out. (freak!) If I move onto another spot, he manouevres himself until I'm back at his favourite part. I have trouble getting out of the field when I've spent time giving him a rub - he plants himself in front of me wanting more!

One of mine turns round while grooming his left shoulder (dont ask why its his left only) and put his head into my chest for a cuddle! He stays like it for about a minute, squashed right up against me so I can wrap my arms round his head and gently scratch above his eye. Weirdo. He also goes nuts if I get a plastic curry comb and rub REALLY hard on his hips and on top of his quarters - he practically falls over somedays because he leans into me so much! He always gets bored in the line up at ridden showing things, so he'll turn his head round for me to rub his head. He also will do anything for food. He's obsessed.

One of my ponies also loves being groomed - with a plastic curry comb, her nose goes all stupid, she just loves it.

a good bum scratch is the way to my ponies heart she is slightly head shy so its hard to get a head coller(sp) on her so we tend to go for her bum give it a scratch and we are good

i wouldn't recommend running up to some random horse and grabbing its bum if you cant catch it lol

Mines a perve. Likes his bum tickled veeery gently, especially under his tail and goes all gooey eyed. If you stop and move away he peers round at you before ever so carefully shuffling his bum back into your face so you can carry on!

Harry loves having his face stroked, it makes him all relaxed and sleepy - quite something for an anglo arab!
