What should we wear? Help please!!

Hi. Hope someone can help!
I am taking my coloured (orphan) foal to her first show on Sunday. I've worked with horses for a very long time but I've never shown in hand!
We are going to a local agri show and have entered two classes.
Firstly what should I wear? Piccies of people who have this thing sorted much appreciated!
Secondly what should she wear?
I have white halter type thing (better bleach it though- have been using it to tie cows up!) also have lovley leather head collar. Could she wear this and could I use a lead rope to lead her.
I'm very new at this showing thing! You wouldn't believe that I've previously competed at International level.
Help greatly appreciated!

For you a show jacket hacking or dark and smart trousers, beige or dark, shirt and tie, gloves, hat (riding), smart jod boots.
Not too sure for the foal,, hmmmm ddont really think it would matter if its local agri show maybe halter???

tidy showing jacket, shirt and tie, dark trousers, jodh boots. something smart and workmanlike that you can run in, basically!
for her - i'm tempted to say, whatever she's most controllable in, cos it'll be very exciting at her first party! the leather headcollar with leadrope appeals more than the halter, i think.
are you plaiting? some people plait their foals up. i'd allow a lot of time for that if you've not plaited her before!
hope she behaves beautifully and does you proud.
 
Kerilli was it you who was saying something along the lines of, "looking at some of the pics on here, people going along with false outlines, over bent, hollow backs,"etc etc on the draw reins debate? well look at this lovely picture above your comment here! Absolutely_Fabulous WHAT A GORGEOUS pic, your left hand showing in canter one, well done you two....
