My mums horse with novice rider, pic below.
We are aiming for local agricultural show, but want to make sure we get the right class.
Friend is a good little rider but more used to hacking / hunting / XC type of thing than showing. This was her first go. He has soundness issues, hes ok but hes old and we dont want to do too much in the school but I think I can train her up a bit on my horse.
Options being (I think!):
Local rider (sounds a bit of a non-class!)
Ridden hunter (might be a bit too pro?)
Veteran (maybe sensible option but not sure if a bit pro too?)
Any other thoughts? They have all the usual showing classes..

Cheers!
