What showing classes for Muppet?

I need some help, we took Muppet to her first show since recovering from her fractured pedal bone. She was a little star and behaved beautifully, but we are not sure what classes best suit her. She went in the coloured class which she was fine in, but not sure what others she could do. One judge suggested clipped her legs out and hogging her to turn her into a maxi cob, but I don't think she is heavy enough.

Any thoughts? Sorry, pictures aren't the best, it was raining and they are from my phone!

Ooo I dont know much about this showing lark... but she looks like she could maybe do working/show hunter classes, maddleweight I am guessing... I think re - Maxi Cob, it wou;d be a shame to hog her, as once her mane is gone, its gone!!!

How big is she?

I'm sure she'll do well in local showing classes but at a higher level, there isn't really a class for her. (apart from the coloureds) The nearest show type category she would fit into would be "small hunter" - but she'd have to be 15.2 max for that.

She's very smart but not really chunky enough to be a cob - maxi - cobs are just over height cobs (more than 15.1) and she would look tiny against a show cob.

She's not really a show hunter type - it's very unusual to see a coloured in a show hunter class - most traditional hunter judges would be prejuduced against her even if she was the most perfect model. Most show hunters are at least 16hh - usually 16.2+ - I suspect she's smaller than this?

Yes it was! Not me riding, I've got a young girl from the yard riding her.

I think that she is BEAUTIFUL! and would look gorgeous hogged and clipped off.

She is a great lightweight cob! (they are not chunky and really quite slight build so she would do great!)

also if she jumps nicely, working cob classes or working hunter classes would be great

as well as coloured classes and you wont get marked down in coloured for being hogged (as I think she will look super smart, wouldnt be suprised if she got placed up for it!

)
