What size bit should I get?

Hi, I hope you guys can help please. Before christmas my bridle was stolen with my KK bit on it. I had the bit nearly 7 or 8 years and Super was quite happy with it. The thing is I can't remember the size of the bit and I need to replace it. The reason I'm asking is I bought a cheaper alternative that was 6". But Super dosen't seem happy in it as if it's too small. I measured her mouth today with a tape measure and it was just shy of 6". So what size bit should I get? Do they do bits larger than 6"? Sounds like you need a 6.5"
