What size breast plate?

I have a rising 5yo TB who is quite ickle, just over 15hh. She's quite lean built, and under-muscled just now. I want to get her a breast plate with martingale attachment but can't decide if she needs a cob or pony. Any one have any guidance? If it makes a difference I want to get a leather hunting breastplate that I can wear for dressage, not an elasticated one.

I would go for cob size so there's room to let it out when she develops muscle.

I have an elasticated on on my 15.3 TB mare and she is in cob size on the tightest holes (when she is fully comp fit it does have to be loosened off one hole)
