What size for an exercise sheet?

My horse is 16.1hh, TB and takes a 6'3'-6'6' in a normal rug - does anyone know how that translates into an exercise sheet ? i.e. 4'0" / 4'3" etc

My lad is a 6ft6 rug and has a 4ft6 ex sheet - he does have a big bum to fill it though! OH's mare takes 6ft6 rug and fits in a 4ft3 ex sheet

My mare takes a 6'6 rug and has a 5ft exercise sheet that only just fits her!

As you can see from the various posts everyone has a different size. Height of your horse is immaterial, it's length of back that matters. Measure from the front of your addle to his rump & buy an exercuise sheet accordingly that way you'll get the right size for you. All the best.
