What size irons should I buy?

I am looking to buy some Sprenger irons, with my birthday money, which is today!! and wondered what size I should go for. I take a size 3 and1/2to a small size 4.

You need at least half an inch either side wider than your feet. Has nothing to do with your usual shoe size it is all to do with the width.
If they are too narrow there is a risk of getting your foot caught in them

I am a size 5 and my irons are a 4.5 and they are fine, not too big or too small for me or anyone else who rides b. If you have ickle feet and no one bigger rides your horse you might get away with a 4.

Put a tape measure on the floor & wear your boots. Step on the tape & allow 1/2" either side of the boot clearance for safety & that will be your iron size.
