Minstral is 15.1hh, Welshxtb and normally takes a 6ft rug, although in some makes he needs a 6ft 3ins.

Exactly the same as my 15.3hh - big chest and shoulders so he has to go in 6'6 but then sometimes gets away with a 6'3 and even a 6'0 from some rug manufacturers
