can only tell you whats on the legs in my sig... 
the small hinds just fit him. I suspect that a small front would be too long for him (he has small new boots in front) I would suspect that a small might be big enough for yours too as I think the consensus is they come up quite large. The smalls are too big on my mums anglo.
