What size rugs do your 15.2 tbs wear?

My 15.3hh ISH is a 6'-6'3. He is not hugely chunky but not weedy either, and not overly long backed - 6'3 is definitely roomy on him but is a good size for me to layer rugs underneath

My 15.1 and a bit will wear 5ft9 - 6ft depending on make. 6ft3 looks like a dress on her!

what neat dinky TB's you all have.....CS is some kind of freak at 16.3hh and 6'9 in rugs! a giant for a flat bred horse!

I think it depends on their size all round really! My 15.2 TB is dinky all over but quite long in the back and she is comforatably in a 6' - fits her perfectly for both stable and outdoor.

My 16.1 TB is in 6'3 and my chunky 16.2 ISH is in 6'9 !

Mini TX's TB x WB wears a 6 foot rug. She is 15.1hh, has delicate little TB shoulders and neck and an enormous WB bottom and belly. They fit her fine. Sometimes we can get away with a 5 foot 9 as well. Oddly enough my 14.3 MW cob wears the same size. However he has massive shoulders and a cobs bum as well, plus a belly. It makes rug shopping so easy - 2 in each colour please.

I think my 15.2 'ish Irish cob type, sport horse type, hunter type (take your pick) must be a bit freakish. She is in a 6'9" in all her rugs, I've tried getting away with a 6'6" and I can barely do the chest buckles up. She is by no means a heavy weight either, but is a little long in the back, but not overly so.

My 16.2 TB wears 6ft 6/6ft 9 depending on make of rug

Fridge is just 16hh on a good day with new shoes on! Quite compact and has 6' Mark Todd and Amigos which fit him a treat.

15.2 TB by Lord Americo (so bred for P2P I guess ) wears 6' rugs - he is very compact I always buy Horsewear rugs so not sure what other brands are like

One of my old horses was by Lord Americo! He was a 16hh long legged dude in a 6ft3 rug and an ex pointer!

Current neddy is a 15.2 ickle TB in a 6ft rug, he outgrew his 5ft9's last year but still wears them as under rugs with his bum sticking out (bad mummy)

My 15.2 TB is normally in a 6'3, but had rugs in 6ft too, which fit her well.

15.3 ISH is 6ft in rugs, he looks swapped in a 6'3!

It's rather handy having them both the same rug size though!

Madam is 15.3hh (at a push) TB/ISH type and wears a 6'6 rug... she's really a 6'4 as 6'3 is a bit small, and 6'6 is generally a bit big... but depends on make!! Amigos/horsware are smaller, shires are bigger
