What sort of rider would this pony suit?

I'd rule out Novices, perhaps 2nd pony for someone wanting to do PC type activities but can deal with something that needs the support ?

Would advertise as a suitable second pony for an experienced & confident rider for the likes of PC - actually, contacting your local PC may be the way to go!

A confident one that's past the passenger stage. I'd say the confidence was more important than the experience though, assuming they are at a level they are actually riding the pony, rather than just sitting on it.
