What stirrups do you use?

I have stirrups with cages. Never got caught on caged stirrups. After whitnessing a nasty fall they're all I will ride in.

Do they avoid the weight limit that the Peacocks have? I'm a fair bit over 9 stone!

Crikey I hope so - I'm 'slightly' over 9st! Without contacting MH I wouldn't like to say, but they are more substantial than peacock stirrups.

I have a pair of springer flexi irons and a pair of cheap copy flexi irons. Can't tell the difference. Would like bow balance ones but can't justify the cost.

If Barnes buckles are available anywhere I would be interested in them as my saddle has a e shaped stirrup hanger rather than a traditional bar and I worry about whether a leather would slip off as easily in an accident
