What success have people had with Mycotoxin binders?

Have needed to put both my horses on a binder due to a significant amount of mycotoxin in my pasture. Both have been showing high liver readings over the past few months and after numerous tests/investigations we have decided to use a binder.

So what results have you had? Which one did you use? And how long was it until you could any results?
