I am so angry looking at this dog to even say anything apart from the previous owner needs burning alive
For crying out loud (if you cannot feed it) drop it off in an unstarved state to a VETS as a stray, don't starve it to death

All these people who abuse animals deserve to have medieval forms of torture applied to them. I can't even begin to comprehend how they can be so cruel.

I dont understand how people can sit down and eat whilst leaving a dog starving, they have no conscience,no finer feelings,decency or a reason for living.

Until animal cruelty is taken seriously and the punishment is applicable to their crime people will continue to treat animals cruely.

There was an in depth investigation in Russia regarding serial killers and they all without exception tortured and abused animals before moving onto people.

Jesus, I'm a vet nurse & I've seen a few malnourished dogs but that's the worst I've seen. I can never understand why some people if they clearly are incapable of caring for them.

I know its unlikely, but just as a teeny thought...it does say it wouldnt eat or drink, it could have had something wrong and they were hoping it would come right rather than risk a vets bill.

It's a symptom of malnourishment, when it gets to a certain stage, there is a loss of appetite, the body cannot absorb anything.
