Can someone enlighten me please, on WHY?

I knew she did it but, I have kept on missing what the message was supposed to be.

Any hoo, why would you put meat on your head, so that take me back to my question :)
 
As some one else said, I don't think its real. How would you stick two bits of meat together? Glue? Well that would just add extra weight to the top parts and rip it?...
 
God, knows, some are saying it symbolises women being treated like a pice a meat, some think its just attention seeking, and some think its contrversal, people don't like lookng at meat, and those who find it horrid to look at it may wear snake skin shoes, or real fur, without a problem.

you could sew it together pretty easily. BUT it is still pretty heavy.
 
I don't think for a minute that it was real meat. Imagine how she would have stunk after even a short time under those lights. The meat would have quickly started to darken and look blue as well.
 
Very true, plus the piece of 'meat' in her hair would've made her hair go all manky. And plus, it would have stuck to her body, where as that wasn't.
P.S Do I earn a HHO CSI badge for this? :P
 
Ummm... I think you'll find it's just a case of publicity. Everyone wonders why, what the meaning is etc but in the end the answer (due to column/forum inches) is £££££££s or $$$$$$$$s. And good luck to her!

She said it was a political statement supporting gay and lesbian people in the forces - while I 100% appreciate the sentiment I'm not sure how wearing a meat dress shows her support unless its to demostrate the lengths shes willing to go to to show support...
