It’s been a lovely day and pony has been out today, we didn’t get to the yard until 5.30. But get a message to tell me it’s so late and all ponies are already in. Said pony is absolutely fine out on her own and couldn’t be bothered if no one was out with her.

We get in between 3-3:30, Dex goes out around 7:15 but most go out around 7:30-8.
It does feel a shame not to let them chill out in the early evening sunshine when it's nice like this, but especially with the wet coming next week, we need to be conscious that we need to let the fields recover somewhat for summer overnight turnout as we don't have fields to rotate onto

It depends on the weather.

If its good weather he comes in when he has stopped trotting around the field, squealing like a foal, with a grin on his face (ideally between 1pm and 2pm, at the latest. lt was closer to 4pm today)

If it's raining he'll be ready to come in a few mins after he's been put out. Anytime between midday and 2pm.

His turnout time is more about doing the best for his paddock at the moment.

ETA: he goes out 8am each morning.

Out at 7am mon - friday and get brought in depending on the weather between lunch time (its its hammering it down as they have no shelter) and 4pm november to normally begining of march and then are left till i get there at 5:30. This year they have been coming in at 4pm ish or earlier dur to march being so wet.
Next week will be 4pm and will take it on a week by week basis

Depends on the weather but before the clocks went back it was around 6pm (they go out around 8am unless I am riding first) and it was the same tonight because of the weather but if I am not going out then it could be anywhere up until 7.30pm now when it gets dark. They are at home though so can never get left on their own and so it’s easier. Hopefully they will be out 24/7 soon too and then they will come in in the day for a bit (8am - 1pm ish)

Mine varies.

At this time of year, on a work day he's usually out 7.45-8.30am after riding and will come in by 5-7.30pm depending upon work & other plans.

On a weekend, it'll be a later turn out as ride later. He'll come in between 4-6pm generally.

Pony doesn't give two hoots what time he comes in or if he has company.

Mine are out at 6 and in around 8. If it’s horrible weather I will bring them in earlier as they are looking for in.

Mine go out about 6-6.30 am and come back in just before it gets dark so I can do a quick poo pick of their paddock while they have their tea. I might get them in early if the weather is vile but they have a shelter and we're on sand so it's only because I feel sorry for them.

Usually about 5, out at about 8am. Very lucky that the yard is allowing as much daytime turnout as we want even now.

Those who catch in around 3-4pm, how does that work with working full time?

I have to pay someone to bring in for me during the week when working. Looking forward to the fields drying up so they can finally stay out past finish work time!

Out at around 0730hrs and back in around 15-1530hrs. It depends on the weather. The thin-skinned Little Treasures are middle-aged to elderly and like their comforts on tap!

Usually out 5.30-6am and in around 5-6pm - I'm on straight DIY and work so getting in earlier just isn't possible. On days I have a late shift my friends bring mine in for me.

My field doesn't have a 24/7 option in summer so this is very similar all year round - maybe an hour or two later in summer.

Through winter I try to bring in just before dark so earliest was 3pm and now its after 6pm.

They go out by 8am every day and are usually out 24/7 by mid April but doubt it this year.
