What time do you t.o/b.i?

I f I turn out it is 8 am then my friend brings in at 4pm. I she turns out it is about 9 - 9.30 and I bring in at 5.30.
We both have mares in the same field, so one turns them both out in the morning and one brings them both in at night.

Ours are out at 8 am if I am working and as late as half ten if I am off or it is my friends day to do them.

They are brought in again anytime from 5.30 - 8.00.

I know it is a huge time variation, but they are all used to it and don't seem to mind at all.

out by about 9.30am if yard put him out ,if I have got my arse in to gear any time between 6.30am and 7.30am - normally in by 4.30-5pm - he would stay out later but I am last one up so generally he is in by the time I get there.

My usual winter routine is out at 7:30 a.m. and in at 6:30 p.m. I work Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 office job and so can't do any other really! At weekends I try to have a lie and so they don't get turned out until late morning. This winter my two are out 24/7 on grass livery as I have broken my ankle and so my OH has been looking after them! xx

Looks like I am the odd one out! Mine goes out between 5.30 & 5.45 and in the depths of the winter comes in about 12.30 (is often then ridden in the afternoon), if it is nice & sunny she may stay out till about 2. Weekends she goes out about 7, comes in about the same time, maybe a little later, and is then ridden.

Mine go out at anything between 6.45 and 8.00 depending on what time i need to get to work, and now its lighter until later they come in at 5.30pm

Mine goes out at 6.30 on her own - the rest of the yard join her at about 8 or 8.30. I bring in about 5.30 when I get back from work.

Mine go out around 10.00 and in at 6.00 at the moment. As the days get longer they will be out 9.00 until dark - so maybe 10.00ish. The joys of them being at home!

7.00 to 7.30am and come in when it turns dusk..so around 5.30pm at the moment.

Try and keep them out as long as it's light. They coma and stand at the gate when they are ready to come in

On weekdays mine goes out at 7 and a friend brings her in at 4.30 and in the summer she stays out till about 6.
And at weekends she goes out about 9 and comes in about 4.

In the winter my mare is turned out between 6.30am and 8am depending on if I'm working and she is brought in between 4-5.30pm depending on if i am riding or not. In the summer she is out 24/7
My yearling lives out all year

Mine goes out about 7.30am and in about 4.45pm Mon - Fri as I work full time. Weekends yard turns out to give me a lie in so hes out about 8am and in about 3pm to be ridden later if not being worked. Soon as the grass starts to come through he lets me know he wants to be out so gets swopped round generally has a few weeks out completely and once it warms up (hes pink skinned and burns like hell) is in during day and out at night with the above time reversed!

Weekdays - out at 6am, in at 4pm
Weekends - out at 8am, in between 3 and 5 depending on weather/what else I want to do with her/if the others are out etc

What she would really like is to go out at 6, in at 6.30, out at 6.45, in at 7.15, out at 7.20, in at 8...etc....

Usually I turn out between 8 and 10 depending on the day and then I bring in between 4 and 8. I like my horse to be flexible so he doesn't stress when somethign happens a bit later than normal.

For example yesterday I went to watch britain's got talent in london so I turned him out at 6am and didn't get him in until 10pm (he was happily grazing thinking he'd get the whole night out). The other horses come in about 3 or 4 but the liveries know to leave him out on his own, apparently he doesn't even look up when they leave.

Weekdays out by 8 (after exercise) or 7 if no exercise
In between 6.00 / 7.00 p.m.

Weekends usually out by 11.00 (after excercise) and in between 5.00 / 6.00 p.m.

All other horses at yard go out later and in earlier, but ours know their routine and dont tend to stand and wait unless weather is foul.
