What time/s do you feed your dog?

6.30am, lunch if either us is home, same time as us, it’s not fixed. Tea is just before 6pm, which means before us, plus they usually get scraps from our tea. PTT (puppy treat time) is 9pm. They get very little for anything bar tea. Biscuits or kibble on the lawn or a filled Kong can be whenever.

Mine have “floating “ meal times . Breakfast can be between 6 am and 9 am , evening meal from 4pm in winter to about 7 pm in summer . They have a rabbit ear /fish skin or similar if I go out during the day and a bonio for Gsd, shape biscuit for little ones at bedtime .

6am, which is when I get up. Idris doesn't care when he gets fed, but Wilf is a gluttonous hog, who throws himself around wailing til he gets breakfast.
Teatime is around 4pm, although Wilf has been known to start weeping and wailing at 2ish, because he thinks he's about to die of hunger.
They get 2 gravy bones at bedtime

Around 9-10ish and 6-7ish. If we’re off out for the day breakfast is earlier and if we’re staying away dinner might be a bit earlier or later depending on other activities. Usually gets some form of chew at some point in between which could be a dental chew, a venison stick, a pizzle stick or a carrot.

Roxie rarely gets breakfast as she just leaves it (and is also prone to getting fat) so she just has dinner around 5 when Alex eats so she doesn’t beg him for his dinner.

If she asks for breakfast she’ll get it, but most days she isn’t bothered!

Sometime between 6.30 and 7.30 depending who is in the kitchen first…between 12 and 1 and between 6 and 7pm. I used to feed my dogs twice a day in a Willy nilly fit in with me type of thing but the breeder of our Weimaraner issued really firm rules due to bloat fears. Dog gets lots of training snacks and somehow I’ve got myself into the habit of half a dozen blueberries before bedtime..he sits on my bed, eats the berries then trots off to find somewhere to sleep.

Gosh I just keep a bowl of nuts down all day and they pick at it. One or two nuts regularly throughout the day and then they eat a larger amount in the evening.
I refill as they need

They get a gravy bone once during the day. One is very slender and the other is prone to putting on weight and bloats

I may be retired but I am an early riser so feed breakfast at 6.30am…for the dogs, don’t have mine till after I have walked them! Supper between 6pm to 6.30 pm mostly depending what we are doing.
Considering I have retrievers, they enjoy their food but never nag me for it, so will wait until I look as though I am preparing it before they take an interest.
Fun thread seeing everyone’s different or similar routines.

Think ours gets hungry cos OH insists she need her ‘tea’ at 3.45! She also get brekkie at 8.30 and several snacks through the day.

Pen and Ffee are in the house now, as they always are if we are home. I’d have the other three in once they have dried off from their afternoon walk but until they have been fed if I scratch my ear they bolt to the door, knocking over anything in the way. So for peace and harmony they stay out.
I can hear Scout whingeing very quietly. If it gets louder the water pistol comes out. 😁

All the working collies generally get fed am and pm depending on the days work, they are usually fed whilst we have breakfast and then when we come in last thing.
Maz gets fed when we get up, when we have lunch and when we go to bed, she vomits in 2 meals a day but is fine on 3.

Mine get breakfast when I get up which can be anytime between 6.30 and 8. Evening it’s about 4ish, my two dogs are oblivious to time so could leave it till later but my bitch has a clock in her head for good so can start moaning about 3.30 , so sometimes I give in at 3.45. They all have a gravy bones at bedtime, my lurcher has two and the terriers one each

All dogs (pet and sheepdogs) are fed once a day, anywhere from 5pm-8pm depending on what we are doing that day.
Mine do get small amounts during the day when we are out as training treats.

Breakfast used to be 6am but now I've stopped working early its more 7am. They are really good though and dont get up until i do so on the weekend it could be closer to 8 sometimes.
Then in the evening they are fed at 7pm. I think thats a bit late really but my first "adult hood" dog, may years ago Mr P always fed after his last trip out before bed so about 10/10.30 which so over the years I'v brought that forward as onbviously they then have to hold their dinner in all night!

Mine get fed when I get up so between 6 and 7 and then again at around 6-ish. They have treats as and when during the day and a handful of bedtime biscuits or kibble when I go to bed as otherwise the older dog gets ‘hunger sick’ in the early hours of the morning and I wake up to the delightful sound of a dog retching up yellow bile ….

When I get up (so atm about 5:45), and when I get home from work/5pm at the weekends.
Half the time the terriers don't eat the breakfast offered though
