ok so if you had to travel 6 miles each way to look after two horses for 3 days to include mucking out, rug changes, haynets, turnout, groom bring in and feed whilst the owner is away and two visits per day

I think I paid someone 15 per day for something like this (I think, it was a while ago so i might be making it up) have no idea where the figures came from though, so sorry but probably not much help.

There are a couple of women locally who do this professionally for dogs, cats, horses etc etc. They charge £15.50 a visit for the two of them to come - they did 5 fully stabled horses for 5 days for £31/day. They're qualified, insured and experienced.

i would want £10/visit minimum to make that viable.
