I currently have 3 horses, 1 is retired, 1 out on loan and 1 is on the long term sick, I've been hoping he'll come sound and while we've not been able to compete, I've taught him to sit, lie down, fetch, beg, etc... yunno, the usual stuff
The one that is out on loan, I've had a long chat with the loanee and she wants to buy him, so that's great news, I don't have to worry about him coming back, I've also had an interest in getting the lame one a companion home, so now I need a horse for me to ride and have fun with
I'd really like to compete, but I'm not that experienced and I've never really had the horse to go anywhere with, what I am good at though, is difficult horses and bringing on youngsters
So do I get a horse I can compete with on loan, or buy a youngster to bring on. Ideally I'd have a 'quirky' horse with potential... anyone know of any?
