What to do with an old saddle

I have retired my mare and realise saddles are not really selling. Is there a charity that takes them or what could I do with it as a memory. It’s a lovely saddle , nothing wrong with it but realise it’s not worth much to someone else and isn’t selling on eBay

They have a 2nd hand shop in Norfolk, I don't know about their other locations
