I have a Bateson ascot trailer that is about 20 yrs old

It was used up until a couple of years ago, but then has sat on the driveway

It looks fine, but on closer inspection the walls (made of some kind of laminate plastic stuff) need completely replacing. The fixtures have loosened because the plastic is delaminating.

The floor is aluminium and was redone a few years ago so it should be fine

It basically needs a complete overhaul to be safe for horses again

Does anyone have experience with that? Is it worth selling as a refurb project, or do we just scrap it?!

Any thoughts or ideas most welcome!

Do you have any local machinery sales? Local agricultural auctioneers will know of them. We sold our old trailer through one and it went for refurb to become a fancy coffee hut.
