They both look very cute.

I would say to buy Alf a new patterned rug of his own, but the only nicer one i can think of is the Hedgehog one from a few years ago. Sadly the Hedgehog and Sheep patterns are very hard to find these days unless they are tiny sizes.

My boy is looking forward to wearing the Sheep rug i managed to buy him earlier in the year, but it's a medium weight so he'll have to wait till he gets clipped.

He only likes the sheep one - there's something about the Fairisle effect that appeals to him.
Although they are hard to find in proper sizes, it's been brought to my attention that the owner of his sheep clad buddy has another brand new sheep rug in her possession...

Buy a sheep rug of course! How could you be so mean, it's every horses dream to wear a rug that the owner likes to look at too. (only to destroy it a week later and no Missy, I will NOT forgive!)

I think he should request it

Of course he should have one! He might like the cow one, and I think that's the highlander rather than the tempest, so more room for his masculine shoulders..

He's very good with his rugs. The only damage to any of his rugs is the missing front strap on the rug he's wearing in the pic - and it was his mate who ripped it off (he has lots of form for rug destroying) when Alf lent it to him for a few days

I think Alf carries off the pink flamingos really well ?

I don't recommend pink camo, this horse told me exactly what he thought of one - new on that day!

It's not mine! It belongs to a livery!
I did once buy a pink turnout rug by accident. I called it the "pink rug of shame" and made him wear it when he was naughty! He wore it a lot
Hm well maybe he's not so much embarrassed as wondering what you have caught him doing. Certainly looks uneasy

I have the nebular print one, I call it his cosmic rug! Although the best I ever bought was a carrot print one, OH refused to do turnout duties if he was wearing this one ?

This one's pretty retro... dog print one bought in 2016. Been on 3 horses.

Bought for The Beast... it does not fit her anymore!

Then Granny horse had it for a bit.

And now MrT has inherited it. This is him last year... he's not impressed. He wanted a penguin one.

We all know what he needs, and it's the original: the chicken rug. I'm still livid that they didn't make it in miniatiure shetland size (and that he doesn't need a winter rug...)

The chicken print is the only other print I've ever really wanted!
THIS is the rug that I really want for the gremlins
