What to expect from sales livery?

Hi,
Am looking at the prospect of sending my mare of to sales livery rather than do the selling myself. But I have some query's would you expect the yard to deal with the phone calls, but obivously advertised by me, as they would now know her schooling wise. Do all the dealings with viewings, handlings for vettings etc, would I only need to get involved if a suitable buyer was found/interested?
Also what is realistic price wise have contacted 6 yards and all are differing price wise from £100 per week and take 20% of sale price to £150 per week and take no %.
Any idea's from people who have been in the same situation/also any succes stories?

When I put one of mine on sales livery they dealt with everything on my behalf I got to speak to and meet the girl who bought him so I knew where he was going etc x

Sounds the whole point in sending the on sales livery but have heard some yards still expect the owner to do the phone answering and viewing's!
One of my reasons for her being on sales livery is I just dont have the time.
So am pleased to hear that.

Ours do it all, including arranging the vetting (through a vet not associated with the horse!) but you seem to have a good idea so why not list your questions for when you ring around? So at ours - I don't know the price as haven't used the service but effectively a full livery + % of sale and horse is prepared for sale too by which I mean schooled and jumped etc so happy for other people to ride it and reasonably fit to give a good show of itself.

Someone i know does it for £120 a week i think with 10% cut or similar to that, know of another but no idea how much money. Generally they do everything - advertise, deal with clients etc. you will only be involved when money needs to be handed over usually!
