My mare has lost a little weight and condition over the winter and I would really like her to be a bit more rounder. I know horses drop weight over winter, but she has lot a bit too much. In the summer she was on conditioning cubes and alfa a oil. She looked fantastic and didn't react to the feed. During winter, I added micronised linseed, which sent her bonkers!! Her previous owner had the same issue with linseed. I then tried equerry conditioning mash and same story, I didn't realise it contained linseed. So I simply want to avoid ANYTHING with linseed. Saracens have advised I feed her Re-Leve and alfa a molasses free. I am keen to give this a go as heard good reviews, but wondered (a) what are peoples experiences with Re-Leve? and (b) is there any harm in having her on alfa a oil instead of the molasses free one? Is there much difference? Doesn't seem to be on analysis of the nutritional breakdown on dengie's website.

My ex racer has to have micronised barley plus additional whey protein to keep his ribs covered. Plus all mine get mineral balancer and salt (and linseed but none react to it)

Rice bran as in equijewel is an alternative to linseed although I have fed linseed to everything and anything without a change in temperament. Not sure whats in releve but Alfa-oil is always a good go to as long as its not the alfalfa causeing the problem

I heard rice bran was good but the Alfa A oil never caused problems. Just wondering if with the Re-Leve there may be too much oil as the Re-Leve has oil in too?

Lol. OP has edited all their posts so they look less spectacularly rude. Just in case anyone is wondering why my post is a little terse.
Quite happy for people to see what I originally said, it's so new people don't come on the thread and keep giving suggestions as I actually am seeking genuine advice!! So for anyone's interest, I replied quoting my original questions to JillA, replied to milliepops sayings its quite clear what I was asking and replied to you saying why comment then. Thank you very much :) - i'm seeking genuine advice don't see the big issue. Perhaps I am not being clear enough in my comments.

If you are quite happy for people to see what you said, why have you edited and deleted all your responses?

The issue is that you were extremely rude and dismissive to your first respondent. You could have just ignored it. Or even thanked her. Then waited for someone to answer your question more specifically, as I was going to. You didn't though. You started going on about "people who can actually read" etc etc. Which put me right off responding in case you didn't like my answer either.

Why not let people give suggestions as well as answer your original questions? I don't see the big issue in that. People reading the thread other than you may find people's suggestions useful. Or it might through up interesting discussions. That's the point of fora. Just don't, whatever you do, start a thread asking about road nails if you can't handle a bit of divergence.

I just said why? So people don’t keep giving me suggestions, I’m not interested in suggestions I’ve had a million of them and changed feeds more than I can count. I want advice specifically about Re-Leve. I don’t know how many times I need to repeat myself. I don’t think being honest is being rude. It seems to me that this forum is more about people wanting to have a dig rather than answering what someone’s question is. What a complete waste of time. I don’t see how saying ‘that still doesn’t answer my question’ is extremely rude and dismissive? I’m literally after advice about Re-Leve I don’t know how much clearer I can be. If you don’t have any advice please stop going on. Thank you

Going back and editing your posts in which you were most rude and dismissive is not "being honest".

I really actually wanted to answer your question and had no intention of having a "dig" until I saw your snarky responses. Shame really.

You have to bear in mind that people don't actually have to respond to your queries, if they do it's because they think they have something to offer so they take the time and trouble. Dismissing it is ungrateful unless you preface it with a simple "Thank you", acknowledging that they have taken the time to try and offer some help. Otherwise, as others have said, they simply won't bother

You may wish to change the actual title of your post then!
