I have a 2 year old (very) energetic boxer.
He is out at a dog day care facility for 8 hours per day and doesn't stop whilst he is there.
I've been feeding him Purina Beta Active but have just noticed that there is a relatively high fat content in it (16%).

As a boxer with aeortic stenosis i'm not keen to clog up his arteries with a high fat food.

Any one have any recommendations (James Wellbeloved/ SciencePlan and Royal Canin dont agree with him) for a high protein food for an active dog?

I have been advised that Beta can cause hyperactivity!!!

It was suggested that Skinners was a very good food, but that was by a Skinners rep

Several people on here feed skinners though and I have not heard bad things about it
