At the moment Goli is on speedie beet, Baileys top line and conditioning mix, Pegasus chaff, and soya oil.
(he is 4yr old 17.2 TBxCB)
He isn't keeping his condition as much as i would like so was thinking of getting some barley rings to. The problem is i am not sure the if to stop the beet and replace it with them or just add it?
Or does this sound totally wrong?
My others are all live of nothing native so have never had to feed on for wieght before! I dont want something heating either

Take out the pegasus chaff - it won't have much calorie content in it. Replace it with something like Alfa-A oil thats much higher.

You are probably better upping the quantity of topline cubes rather than adding barley rings as well. I presume he is already on adlib hay already? This is assuming he rally does need extra condition - he seemed pretty good in last photos I saw unless he has dropped a lot since then.

when i have a horses that struggles to put weight on, the first thing i do is put them on a course of restore it is made by global herbs it is realy good it basically does what its called restores all their organs, fed with thirds and alfa a oil, but recently molichaff have brought out a new mix called conditioner i know a few people that have put their horses on it and they have said it is realy good. u should try a course of restore fed with thirds and molichaff conditioner. :)
