What to feed?

Have just took on a new horse 13yo warmblood stallion. Has covered a few mares this year and spent a few months stabled due to previous owners trouble with landowners and his topline has dissappeared and hes looking rather lean. Hes now turned out to grass with a rug but im wondering what to feed him if anything at the moment to plump him up before the weather changes and so I can start to fitten him up and bring him back under saddle.
