Ok, so been to our normal vet today, agrees the big lad was lucky, got our 'fitness' note and trotted up for him, discussed the technicalities (!!) of it.
So What would you people wear to a 3-day CCIJ* trot up (there's three of them, correct?)

i think there's only 2 trot ups, if it's done like a normal 3-day.
start with smart shoes you can run in! then i wear smart trousers (not jeans) and a very tidy shirt. depends on the weather, really.
if you've got great legs and don't want the Ground Jury to notice if your horse is a bit wrong, a very short skirt is supposed to be a good option...
or, of course, you can go the whole hog and wear a Chanel suit...

Presumably a great cleavage and a low cut top would have the same effect!!

The more stylish/risque you are, the more likely you are to be featured in a magazine from what I can tell...

LMAO.
I think they'll be looking at the horse rather than me somehow (not got great legs of any description! Or cleavage sadly!)
lol.
Hmm..may take a few outfits (black trousers?) and see what others are wearing,

Story I read about how a team horse was lame at the Euros 20 odd years ago, so the chef d'equipe got Ginny Elliott to trot the horse up in a miniskirt. The (all male) ground jury were so busy starring at her they didnt even notice the obviously lame horse, and he passed!

I would guess to complete? I wouldn't, and I doubt me being dragged along by over enthusiastic horse will be a distraction. Will keep it in mind!

Lilac shell suit, big trainers, baseball cap (on sideways) and a really big, nasty, cheap bling gold chain.
