WHAT TO WEAR WHEN SHOWING

I am wanting to to do some showing next season e.g. hunter classes and working hunter. I want to wear brown boots and a brown velvet hat. Is this acceptable?

For local level that will be fine, don't know about any higher.

Brown boots were all the range last year... for workers i think they'll be fine. I personally prefer black with navy hat but as long as everythign fits, is clean and looks smart you'll probably be ok.
(I'm a hack/RH person.. tho i will be competing in IWH next year using same stuff lol)

Only LR wears brown boots and to be honest it is a bit passe! However, no one is going to quibble about you wearing brown boots. If you look at most of the society rules, brown boots are fine!

A brown velvet show hat is fine.
And teamed up with a brown tweed looks nice
I have navy blue hat and green tweed.
