Hi,
I am looking to get a trailer for my horse and cart... I did have an ifor and could fit cart one side and horse the other but it's very cramped...
Have looked at the carriage treka but quite expensive, are there any other makes you know of?
Would prefer to get a trailer than a horsebox. Thanks! :0)

we used to tow one of the trailer conversions where the carriage sits on a platform to the front of the box & would advise against them as they DO NOT fair well if reversed regually on uneven ground (never had my ponies in it just hay & furniture).

sorry only photo i can find of it is not the clearest but gives you an idea.

There are a number of small firms who can provide or fit the A frame extensions for double horse trailers.

Here just one example: http://www.hillamvehicles.com/carry.htm

Some can also be bought new, such as this German make: http://www.boeckmann.com/_eng/index_en_101837.html

There are a few websites that specialise in adverts for carriage drivers, such as Dragon Driving or Carriage Link. The BHDTA website (www.horsedrivingtrials.co.uk) also have a forum, which has a for sale and wanted section.
