What treats do you all feed?

I don't feed treats usually as with a herd of natives it can get dangerous when they see a treat! You would think that they have never been fed 🤔🙄🙄
However I have one mare who has always been a nuisance to catch and after a few years of being annoyed we now have an arrangement whereby she has treats as she is being caught, while being tacked up, and another once I'm on board. She just has whatever I have in, grass nuts or Lucie Nuts
I don't think I've ever bought a small bag of special treats, I'm too tight(Yorkshire ) for that 😂😂😂😂

Whatever is cheapest usually - he only gets 4-5 half treats a day, being high in sugar/starch won't kill him.
At the moment its the KM Elite ultimate treats.

Only for after a ride and then before I leave at night we do stretches. Either, Spillers Meadow Herb treats(his fave), or the Maxima pick and mix tub you can pick up at shows. I’ve also got TB hay cobs for a back up as they’re pretty versatile. Oh and half a stud muffin at start and finish of travelling in trailer.

Either Bailey's Fibre Plus nuggets or the Equerry Mint treats. Both bought in 20kg sacks for less than £15. Mine do get quite a few, either by hand, in treat balls or scattered about the hardstanding area (I throw a scoop full from the garden which is 8 feet higher than the area). Mine both behave very well around treats so I don't worry about their behaviour.

I used to buy the Spillers treats. £3.50 a bag or 4 for £12.00. The apple and spearmint flavours were always popular.

My physio friend tends to buy them to use for her clients horses to demonstrate how to do stretching exercises.

However visited the feed merchant on Friday and they're stopped doing this deal now.

The day Bailey was pts she got through a mixture of all four!
