what turnout rug?????

hi i have just taken on a 14h new forest x cob and i am buying her everything she needs. The previous owners said she has never had a turnout rug on before but could do with one this winter. If anyone knows of a good lightweight turnout out please reply!!! I have had her a month and she has already ripped her sheet that I bought her and the rugs I got with her have all been patched up because she has ripped them so nothing to expensive.

For a cobby build I'd say weatherbeeta or fal, however if your pony is not going to be clipped she'll probably be perfectly happy not rugged, especially as she goes through them quickly!

There are some great deals on Horseware rugs on Cyber Checkout (Amigo, Rambo and Rhino).

Although I have a lot of Fal rugs, I find Horseware are more waterproof and wish I'd bought them instead!
