What is selling old, young, big, small, expensive , cheap, location???

What is making the ones that are selling so special??

Im not sure what is selling but i am trying to buy and cant find anything. Have viewed a lot, seen countless videos but nothing that is really any good.

We had 3 people wanting to buy ours last week. 14.2hh very pretty coloured cob mare. Rides & drives. Totally bombproof in all traffic. Plods for total novice/children. Beautifully schooled. Done County showing, dressage, jumping, x-country, hunted. Gone to a wonderful home for her asking price. Could have sold her 3 times over.
