What useful iphone apps do you use - horsey and non horsey!

I find iTorch4 very handy at the stables in the dark :)

Yes I use that too, very good also when I lost my keys in the dark walking my dog around a field!!

Unfortunately at the moment the apps i use the most is; Cut the rope (games) Fragger and Angry Birds. These all all very addictive and fun games to play and waiting around for someone has never been more enjoyable lol

Met office
Equestrius - it will remind you when farrier, worming, dentist., vaccinations due for several horses and you can record their weight.
TETRIS
I use World Tides to check when the tide is out so I can ride on the beach.
Ringtones - you can make your own
Farmville

I really like the Kindle app

I also like Living Earth which tells you what time it is in cities around the world, the temp and weather there

NCP car park locations, a cinema times app is useful as is a cash machine finding app

pic2shop - the barcode scanner shopping price comparison app is good

Appbox lite is a useful conversion app

Angry Birds is a must and Tilt Master is good too

My fave by a long way is the Plane Finder app (not the free version) you can see what planes are in your area and where they are going, if you know someone who is taking a plane you can also find and track their plane and know where it is at any time and when it lands - geeky and a bit stalker-esque but I love it!

I recently downloaded Sleep Cycle which monitors when you are in deep REM sleep or lighter non-REM sleep and wakes you up when you're in a lighter sleep period so you don't feel groggy etc. It's fantastic - I've woken up fresh as a daisy ever since. I also like the Sleep Talk app which records you all night and you can find out if you sleep talk...I don't it turns out, but my friend cried for most of the night in her sleep!

Just downloaded the sleep cycle. Be great not to wake up feeling rubbish!

Doodle jump, always fun for when bored!! Addictive though!!

Sleep talk, records you when you sleep (only if you make a proper noise) and then you can listen back and hear yourself talking in your sleep (which I seem to do alot!!)

Accuweather is good for stables weather!

Sunrise & Set Lite is great - tells you civil twilight (dawn and dusk) times as well as actual sunrise and sunset - ideal for knowing exactly what minute you can head out riding and officially claim it's light!!!

Deluxe Moon Lite shows moon phases, and Stellar gives you a star map that moves as you move your phone - i.e. point it at the sky and it shows you the constellations in front of it.

Flashlight is another handy torch one similar to the blueberry-finding device mentioned above!

All these were free, and useful!

Not just for iphone as it works on my blackberry too but Sportypal. Tracks your hacks, tells you distance, average speed and top speed and will upload and superimpose on a map.
And it's free.

ooooo I like the sound of this one!

ETA: It says you can no longer download it :(

I'm too scared to try the sleep talking app, incase when I play it back I hear something scary then I'll never sleep again!

For anyone on new yr diets myfitnesspal is ace, tells you the calories of anything and adds up what you've eaten through the day.

Thanks for the tip on the photobucket app, downloading it now.

Im gutted - it sounded really useful - i could have used it for hacks and dog walks! Does anyone know an alternative?

Just had a look at their facebook page and they say that it's temporary and will be available from the apple store again soon so keep an eye out.

I tried a couple but that was the best, one jumped from 6 kilometers to 600 when we cantered and another must have been trying to talk to the wrong satellite as it pinpointed us to somewhere in eastern europe/
