What worming regime do you use?

Just curious really!

I've been using the equest programme for a year. He's had the green one summer and winter and the blue one autumn and spring.
However as he has been on this for a year now I don't know if to change to another programme/drug?! To stop the worms from becoming immune or should I keep him on the same routine?

What do you all use?

Thanks

Horse is on "clean" fields:
1st January - ivermectin
1st April - ivermectin + tapeworrm treatment
1st July - ivermectin
1st October - ivermectin + tapeworm treatment

I buy my wormers from my vets - much cheaper, they have them on permanent "special offer" at £5 + VAT per syringe.

We worm count every 2 months and only worm those with medium/high counts with whichever wormer the vet or lab suggests.

In April and September those with clear worm counts have Equitape (for tapeworm) and those with medium/high counts have Equest Pramox to cover the tapeworm and whatever else they have.

We have 30 horses and they nearly all come back with clear counts every time.

The problem is we don't worm count at our yard. I think I will get my horse done though it's worth it isn't it. My horse looks and feels amazing so I don't think he's wormy, I also keep his field clean.
The problem is he is kept at a yard with some rather wormy looking ponies!! Also no one else poo picks, their fields are disgusting!! They are the sort of people who will worm only when they think of it and as my field used to house their ponies (albeit a fair while ago!!) I'm a bit concerned.
All my horses in the past have had clear worm counts as I am fairly anal about my field and worming on time but the other horses worms could affect him?! I can't tell them what to do with their ponies, I'm on a very low key, small livery yard and we kind of do our own thing.. I don't want to rock the boat by accusing them of having wormy ponies as we have a quiet haven at our yard and I don't want to change that :)
