it would probably be really slimey for weeks afterwards, but feel free to test!

I would maybe do a little bit first

works fine if bridle is hard and needs oiling. oil all over and leave in warm room over night then saddle soap as normal and re assemble! unless it needs oiling again!

My friend used olive oil on her tack, actually looked quite good
