Ben Maher lost it for a moment & he's been dealt with, why continue to pillory the man!

Because it's not the first time he's lost it, and I suspect it won't be the last. He does this for a living, he needs to learn to control his temper. Or find a job more suited to his temperament. I wonder if he realises how lucky and privileged he is?

Reading it carefully it appears a procedural error meant the warning given was not framed as an official warning. Hence they initially said yes, but have had to retract it. One suspects lawyers have leaned on here, as is their job.
The same as if a police suspect made a confession without being mirandarised it wouldn't be admissable in court.
So he's getting away with it on the loophole. Which he devotes considerably more of his statement to than the welfare of the horse.

What's shocked me too is people on his fb page..

I understand negative comments are most likely being removed but it's outstanding how people are blinded by ones actions just because they are famous or a favourite of there's :(
