What would you be willing to pay ????

Hi I was wondering what people would be willing to pay to rent this ??

- Exclusive use of yard
- Acerage 4 / 5 acres Dividied into 8 paddocks (for individual turnout) that
can be made larger
-All field & paddocks post & rail
- All paddocks with water
- Stables 4 Possibly 5
- Haystore
- Running Water
- No electirc but lighting etc will be set up to run via a generator
- As of yet there is no school but 1 of the paddocks could easily be used
as a schooling area when weather is better
- Paddocks that have not been trashed over the winter (grass in plentfull
supply)
- Off road Hacking

If I was renting 1 stable [ and associated facilities] I would be prepared to pay £20 per week, if it was all 4 stables then probably no more than £60 for the convenience of the owner only having to collect payment from 1 person. I would also want to sub-let 2 or 3 of the boxes to others.
 
Will very much depend on whereabouts that is but around here, you'd be paying probably £100 a week, maybe more, particularly if you were given the option of being allowed to sub let some of the boxes/grazing.
 
Do tell us where you are - that's exactly what I'm looking for in Essex...

Thanks for your replies sorry yard is based in midlands area - had an idea of price in my head - just needed to know if I was on the right track - my thoughts were pretty similar to a couple of the posts xx
 
I used to rent a lovely yard that was very similar to this (just go a bit silly as was 20mins drive each way, and I only had one horse at the time and my liveries were pains!)
I use to pay £50 a week including electricity for the yard but that was two years ago,
Worked out really good value as grew my own hayledge in the summer
