right I have two horses, a bay tb 10yo gelding and coloured 8 yo mw cob gelding. both are on working livery at a local riding school. It is getting to expensive to keep them both, and I dont want to move yards at all.
The coloured cob needs some work on him to make him more saleable, ie needs some schooling, and could do to go out to some shows. The Tb has done a few local shows, and isnt a superstar, but I have enjoyed going out with him.
I have a number of options, but i dont know which is best.
1. I could sell tb, and keep cob, ang get it going better then sell him to (Hes not a long term propesct for me to keep)
2. Put tb out on loan, work cob, then sell cob
3. Put tb out on loan, and then just try and sell cob with out doing any shows etc with him
I really dont want to sell my tb, as he is the better of the two, and I like him more, but I enjoy working a horse so it gets better, but it gets expensive going to a lot of shows. What would you guys do???
